Review from my exhibition at Gallery K in Gävle.

I'm at Gardemoen Airport in Oslo waiting on my connecting flight to Trondheim. From there I'll catch the train to Röra and finally arriving in Sund and the Mid-Nordic Art Festival. I'm invited to tutor the watercolor classes for a week. It will be great fun getting to know the 20 watercolor artist that will attend.

Yesterday was Midsummer Eve, a huge festivity in Sweden. We celebrate the "longest" day of the year. Daylight 24 hr per day!!!

Here's two paintings I did a few days ago. The scenery is from the northern parts of Norway.

My friend Ulf Hansson is a film director and last summer he did a short documentary film about the swedish painter and illustrator John Bauer (4 June 1882 - 20 November 1918). Ulf ask me if he could shoot some scenes with me in the woods. Which was the habitat for John's stories about trolls and elfs.

Yesterday Ulf surprised me by sending me this compilation of rejected scenes.
